Many of the disinfectants used to treat aircraft currently are known as "Quats." Quats are poisonous chemicals that cause severe and irreversible eye damage, dermal corrosiveness, and they are toxic when ingested. The overuse of Quats can lead to the promotion of anti-bacterial resistant bacteria (superbugs).
